Editorial Process
This page exists because I think readers deserve to know exactly how a recommendation got here. I've tried to write the page I wish other affiliate sites would.
What I do for every pillow I recommend
- Read 200 to 500 verified-purchase reviews on Amazon, sorted from newest to oldest and filtered by star rating. The 3- and 4-star reviews are where the real trade-offs live — those are the people who liked the pillow but found one specific issue.
- Watch the long-form video reviews from sleep coaches, physical therapists, and chiropractors I trust on YouTube. I pull timestamps and quotes so readers can verify what was said.
- Compare manufacturer specs side-by-side — loft, fill weight, cover material, density, cooling technology, return policy. These are facts, not opinions.
- Cross-check against major sleep references — primarily the Sleep Foundation and the American Chiropractic Association.
- Write the editorial pick before adding any affiliate link. Picks are never changed because of commission rates.
What I do not do
- I do not personally sleep on every pillow on this site. I'm one mom in one bed.
- I do not accept payment in exchange for a recommendation.
- I do not run sponsored posts.
- I do not buy traffic from third parties and re-route it through affiliate links.
AI use disclosure
Articles on this site are researched and drafted with AI assistance — primarily for digesting large volumes of reviews and surfacing patterns. Every page is then edited by Sukie before publication: claims are fact-checked, language is tightened, anecdotes from my own life are added where relevant, and product picks are confirmed against the underlying research.
I disclose this because the Federal Trade Commission and Google both consider it a trust signal. I'd rather be honest about workflow than pretend a single person typed every sentence.
How I handle conflicts of interest
This site is part of the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. I earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. I do not participate in other affiliate programs at this time. Editorial picks never depend on which product pays a higher commission.
I also serve Google AdSense advertising. AdSense decides what to show algorithmically based on content and visitor signals; I do not negotiate ad placements or sell sponsored content.
How to fact-check us
Every product mention on this site links to the product on Amazon, where you can see current reviews, current price, and the seller. Every video citation includes the creator name, video title, and a clickable thumbnail that takes you to YouTube. Every scientific or postural claim is linked to an authoritative source.

Updates and revisions
Pillow models change. Manufacturers swap fill materials, retire products, and add new lines. I try to review every page at least once a year, and pages that get heavy traffic get refreshed more often. The “Last updated” date on each page is the date of the most recent meaningful revision, not an auto-generated build date.
